Home Cooked Meals:

Three meals and two snacks daily are prepared as reviewed and approved by a Registered Florida Dietician. We can also offer specific dietary needs and are flexible to handle individual preferences. Refreshments consisting of fresh fruit, snacks and juices are available 24 hours a day.

Grooming:

Bathing and grooming are performed daily to ensure good personal hygiene. We also offer onsite haircuts for the men unless they would rather visit a local barber shop. For the ladies, a visit to the beauty parlor so they can catch up on the latest news.

On-Call Professionals:

The entire range of medical services are available on-site dependant on your loved one’s insurance coverage. Doctors, dermatologist, Physical and Occupational therapy, eye care professionals, and nurses will visit to assist in assuring good health. We will handle transportation for doctor visits outside of Lanyard Manor for an additional charge, or we will arrange for Medicaid covered transportation.

Daily Housekeeping:

All common areas are cleaned daily to ensure a meticulously fresh living area. Bedrooms are cleaned a minimum twice weekly. Bed sheets are changed a minimum of twice weekly, but will be changed more often if necessary.

Accommodations:

We offer furnished private and semi-private bedrooms rooms for a maximum of six residents, however, you are welcome to bring your own furniture if you like. We are particularly proud of our spacious common areas including a family room with a fireplace overlooking the pool and spacious lanai, a formal dining room, a dining table in the family room or dining by the pool if you want to enjoy the outdoors. The lanai area has plenty of tables, chairs and recliners for an afternoon nap.

Security:

Lanyard Manor is licensed by AHCA in the State of Florida. Our staff undergoes a rigorous background screening to ensure your safety. An state inspected fire alarm system has been installed and an intruder alarm system by Brinks covers all windows and doors. Outside the home, motion sensor lights surround the property.
